This is the sort of stuff that I look for…a full expression of what I want to say, to Jesus, to the world, to myself…an effortless, simple-but-meaning-filled sentence, word, picture, portrait, movement, dance etc. I’m slowly accepting that perhaps this kind of complete expression of emotion of self or experience may not be accessible this side of eternity, save in small, wonderful moments where His grace allows a small amount of heaven to intersect finite time and space to nudge me forward, beckoning me home: beckoning us all home.
It’s in this imperfectness, this restlessness of desiring more that may be necessary to survive in this fading world, where phantoms promise but fail to fulfill our heaven-hungry hearts.
Lesson: don’t expect perfect in an imperfect world. But do look forward to, expect and share the “easter eggs” He’s hidden in this world. Not yolky-ones, like chocolate like. Y’know?
